The Motherhood conducted a survey of social media moms to ask them how they use social media to support causes. Among the interesting findings:
– 92% of social media moms share what they learn online about causes and charities with their friends and family offline.
– The #1 reason moms use their online networks to tell their friends about causes and charities: they were moved by what they read or saw and wanted to help (79%).
– 66% of social media moms have purchased a product because there was a cause involved.
