Hi, I am new here. I love to do yoga, my only trouble is my 3yo thinks it's fun to tackle mommy! I was wondering if anybody knows of any good kids yoga that me and him could do together?

yogakids has a great dvd and book...fun poses you can try together. Also,it is ok to do a few poses whenever you can sneak em in...I have 4 kiddos and teach kids yoga yet I too have struggled to find time to practice!
