As of this morning, she is able to speak a little and she's hard to understand and she moved her left leg last night. Thanks for your added prayers. xo

She's tough. She is able to say a little--which is A LOT!!!!! And she was able to move her toes a little last night. Thanks for all the prayers. Keep them up, won't you?

New update: Rose is back in surgery right now. Doctors found another blood clot. I am praying for complete healing and recovery.

Update: Rose had a vasospasm early Monday morning. She had surgery again yesterday, but as of now...she has no speech and paralysis on one side. Please keep praying.

Surgery last night. She had a brain aneurysm yesterday. Airlifted to hospital, but she has survived and the surgery went well. The next few weeks will be telling. Please keep her in your prayers. Thank you.

Yeah, we are trying to let them help where they can. She's also making me a laugh a lot because as she keeps telling me "laughter is the best medicine." We're also talking a lot. And last night husband and her had a heart to heart. We could tell she was holding back when talking to me and she's definitely going through that "don't bother mom because she's dealing with this" phase, and while I love she loves me so much she wants to do that, I don't want her to stop talking to me, ya know? But husband said they had a great talk and she really opened up to him so that's so good. We also (through the hospital) can do art therapy for the entire family if we want, and we have plans to take advantage of that as often as possible. And I think it's the perfect thing for all of us ya know?

I've been praying for you and also your family. Give your 11 yo a extra squeeze from me. I think you may be amazed at the unconditional love you will see from your kids in the days ahead. Getting to care for their mom in their own way is helpful for them--giving them something they can do to ease your burden. If you can allow that--I mean in the BIG way, let them rub your back, draw you pictures, get you things from upstairs, etc. xoxo
