What do you know, are an expert in or wish to share to help the members of this group juggle the chaos?

That’s a tough question for me, and possibly for women in general, because I think there’s a natural impulse to say, “Gee, I don’t know much of anything, I don’t see how I have any value…”
That said, here’s what I know for sure: The amount you can actually control is a whole lot less than you think it is. Don’t worry about it. The universe limped along okay before you arrived, and it will continue after you’re gone.
No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted. If you have done something kind or loving, even (or especially!) to your family, you have done good work today. Don’t underrate it.
You know how imperfect, slow, lazy and inept you are at parenting. Your kids have no idea. Seriously. Cut yourself a break. Love covers a multitude of sins.
What you tell your kids is actually true: If you’re doing your best, it doesn’t matter how everyone else is doing.
