Easy "lo mein"

I made this out of stuff I had lying around and my son loved it. I took some cooked, cooled spaghetti noodles and stir fried them in sesame oil. I tossed in some chopped green onion and shredded carrot, and a little bit of chopped leftover beef and shrimp, with about a tablespoon of low-sodium soy sauce stirred into the mix. Of course you could substitute whatever meat you have on hand, throw in some chopped water chestnuts, or whatever you like.
