My sweet neighbor brought me dinner one night this week since my son and I were sick. She made a chicken Alfredo pasta that was great. It was bowtie pasta with strips of chicken and a delicious Alfredo sauce. Ordinarily I can’t stand jarred Alfredo sauce; it tastes plasticky and fake to me. But my friend told me she used Bertolli brand and I must say it was pretty darn good. As for the chicken, this would be a great “disguise” for meat leftover on a rotisserie bird you picked up from the market the day before. Three ingredients—I love it!
