I need some help. I took a bunch of videos of different playgrounds with my brand new Flip, while we were on vacation. I downloaded them and when I go to look at them, the sound and the video don't synchronize. As I am giving tours of the playgrounds this is a problem. Is there a way to fix this?

5 real, fast, delicious meals from around the U.S. Eatocracy - Rachael Ray, Robin Miller and Martha Stewart all whip up some quick-and-easy meals on TV, but for those of us who aren’t gifted in the culinary sense, they might not be that simple. Well folks, CNN iReport has answered your cooking prayers. We’ve collected real recipes from real people as part of the cultural census for CNN's Defining America. For each night of the busy workweek, we’ve selected five fast, delicious meals that won’t eat up too much time or leave you scratching your head. Arturo Navarro of Chula Vista, California, can make a meal of scrumptious salmon, brown rice, and spinach salad in 15 minutes flat. The salmon cooks in virgin olive oil for three minutes on each side. In the meantime, he washes and prepares the spinach, tomato, bell pepper, and avocado salad – a favorite he makes a few times a week. “I’ve changed my diet since last May, so I’ve been eating salmon; better nutrition than what I ate before,” he said. He now prepares fresh meals each day. Michelle Chu’s typical weekday dinners usually consist of a protein, veggies and of course, dessert! She and her boyfriend, who live in Richmond, Virginia, recently visited Omaha Steaks for the first time and were sold on the tender meat. “It’s something we eat frequently because it’s filling, easy to prepare and tastes great.” Chu’s meal of steak, asparagus and whipped sweet potatoes took about 30 minutes from start to finish. And, she ended the meal on a sweet note – angel food cake drizzled with raspberries and Biscoff spread. Are we in heaven yet? Jenn's Circle

It's Jenn's circle of love, baby!

    LATEST POSTED BY: JennS
If you blog, you have probably heard the question, why do you blog?  Or "What is the point?"  Maybe even "What difference does a blog make?"  It makes a lot of difference.  One blogger can touch hundreds...even thousands of lives. Many mom bloggers have followed a fellow blogger through her trials with ovarian cancer--all three times she has been diagnosed.  I am talking about Lisa Kelly of http://clusterfook.com/ . I would read her stories--in that no holds barred way of writing she always had-- and admire her, weep with her, celebrate with her and laugh with her.  She entered my heart and she made me listen to her. No, I take that back.  I wanted to listen to her.  She had amazing things to say.  Lisa is a mom to two tween girls and a wonderfully loving husband.  She is dying.  When I say she is dying, I mean that she is in her last moments. From the most recent post on her blog as posted by her friend http://secondhandkarl.com/ :"She’s in the final, final stages now, people. So out of her mind with pain and drugs that she often doesn’t even recognize her husband or children. Dude says it’ll be “lucky” if she makes it through the weekend, though he also says it’ll be luckier if God takes her away sooner. She’s that bad.I’d been riding her to get a “last post” done, but it doesn’t look like that happened. There’s a fragment of a post she was working on, which I’ll post here soon, but there won’t be any more posts from Lisa beyond that."That last sentence squeezed my heart so tightly.  I just cannot fathom such a beautiful and amazing voice silenced.  It quite literally brings me to sobbing tears.  (So forgive me if this post doesn't make as much sense as I would like it to.)As moms, I know so many of us feel that heartbreak knowing the family she is leaving behind.  Two tween girls.  A loving husband.  Her family.  Her family. We at the Motherhood want to reach out to those girls.  We want to let them know that their mom leaves behind an amazing legacy with her words.  We want them to know about the hundreds or even thousands of lives she has touched with her blog.  Her blog means something to so many of us. We understand we can never take away the pain.  Nothing we can do can make it right or make it better.  But we want to show her girls in some small way that their mom touched our lives, too.  Many of us strangers.  All of us loving her and praying for her and keeping her in our heart. The Motherhood is going to put together a small package for her girls and husband.  We will be adding small things just to let them know we are thinking of them and we, too, loved and cherished their mother.  We will be putting some homemade items like the beaded bracelets and other things that are made with love, but we also want to hear from you.  Because we are a community here and that is what we do.  We reach out and we care. This community at the Motherhood has shown that time and again.  It is time to do it again, my friends.Do you want to add something? Do you have an idea of something to add to our care package of support?  Please, leave it in the comments so we can get this community together and behind this family--even in a small way.  Even if you just want to leave a message for her family, please do so.  Those words of support mean so very much!  We will send them along with whatever package we give them. Please, help let them know the power their mom and her blog has had in the blogosphere. These girls should know and see in tangible ways how much their mother was loved and the many women she touched with her story.  Again, we know it won't make anything better, but it may just show the girls that the reach their mother had was far, far beyond the inner circle of family and personal friends.  Lisa has touched us and will for as long as people can read her story.  And for as long as we share it with others.Lisa, may you find your peace and leave us knowing you were loved.

    Moms to Teens (or preteens)

You love them--these little strangers in your house. But now that they are older, you are finding less support online and with websites. Let's figure out these wonderful (and at times difficult) strangers in our house together. Advice, hints, tips or vents. We can handle it.

Study finds 10% of tweens, teens have 'sexted' (CNN) -- "Sexting" -- the practice of taking sexually explicit photos and sending them to peers via cell phones or the Internet -- may be less common among U.S. adolescents than previous research and media reports have suggested, according to a new nationwide study. In contrast to a widely cited 2008 survey in which 20% of teens reported sending or posting sexual pictures of themselves, the new survey -- in a younger group of Internet users, some as young as 10 -- found that only 10% of teens and tweens had done so. And just 1% reported sending or receiving nude or partly nude images. "It's still something that we need to talk to kids about, but not all kids are doing it," says Kimberly J. Mitchell, Ph.D., a study coauthor and a research associate professor of psychology at the University of New Hampshire, in Durham. "It's a bit reassuring, because a lot of the other studies about this have come up with much larger numbers." The new findings, which appear in the January issue of the journal Pediatrics, shouldn't be interpreted to mean that sexting isn't a serious problem, says Amanda Lenhart, a senior research scientist at the Pew Internet & American Life Project, in Washington, D.C. "Even if you look at 1% or 2% of kids in a high school of a thousand kids, that's 10 to 20 kids, and that's plenty of people for whom this is a big issue and for whom this is a troublesome problem in their lives," says Lenhart, who has researched teen sexting but was not involved in the new study.
