- I am a mother of six children. I was born and raised in St Louis. I am an eight year breast cancer survivor. The most important fact about me is that I am love the Lord and service to his kingdom is embedded in my heart. I am a hands on mom and look for opportunities to be even better. I am still adapting to life in Maryland and the Greater DC area (been here 6 months). I left all my family and friends but I know God has an even bigger plan for our lives. I am an avid reader. I may not always be able to purchase the newest novels on the market but I am at the library each week. I am a long distance runner but that has been slowed down to long walks. By trade I am a graphic desigher. I love to sing and have enjoyed being a praise dance choreographer. I am a Girl Scout leader where I enjoy teaching on character development. I have also been a Sunday School teacher. My hobies are reading and writing.I hope to find like moms and develop new friendships.
