I keep lots of lemon on hand, natures sanitizer... And mixed with honey it's great when I feel something coming on.

Even when we're feeling most festive, cold and flu germs can bring us down ... but there are plenty of ways to stop them in their tracks. Join us for a discussion on mom-tested methods of keeping kids and families full of energy and feeling great during the winter and all year long.

have to run to my next class but happy I could join just for a few with you distinguished group of people! Keep on doing good!

Kellogg and Action for Healthy Kids will be with us through LIVE video feed on March 1, 2011, at 11:30 am ET to tell us more about the amazing "Share Your Breakfast" program. Nearly one in four kids in America struggle with hunger. Kellogg is asking people to take a picture of their breakfast and share it at ShareYourBreakfast.com or text a photo of your breakfast (or a description!) using the word "Share" to 21534. When you share your breakfast, Kellogg, through its partnership with Action For Healthy Kids, will share a breakfast with a child who needs it. Please join Trinh Le, senior brand manager at Kellogg, and Dr. Reginald Washington, chair of the board of Action for Healthy Kids, to chat about the program and what they are doing to help share breakfast with children who might otherwise miss out, and to fight childhood hunger in the United States.

I just shared my breakfast! It's so cool that I shared one more breakfast with a child who might otherwise miss out.

I had a garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese... it's a departure from my normal breakfast which includes berry cherry steel cut oats and a tall cup of fresh squeeze OJ from Jamba Juice. Berry Cherry is delicious! It comes with toasted pecans... a welcomed crunch!
