Tip - My son carries a Twin-ject with him. It's an auto-injector with two doses of epiinephrine, so we only have to carry one. If you normally carry two epi-pens (often recommended), you might want to ask your allergist about the Twin-ject.

As a tip for those of us who make cupcakes ahead and freeze them, the Pillsbury East Frost (sorry, Conagra!) frosting canisters are so handy. You can keep them on hand and they don't need to be refrigerated or thrown out after 7 days. The ingredients are somewhat sketchy, but they taste good and are super convenient. The chocolate lists soy as a possible allergen, so you can check them out.
