Here's an idea for those of you with pre-schoolers/younger elementary. I have to give my husband the credit...but on Valentine's Day last year - he played candyland with my daughter with real pieces of candy to grab up if you landed on one of the candy spots.

Valentine's day has been a huge holiday at my house between me and my husband. For one, with my birthday so close - everything usually just gets lumped together. Second, for many years we were both auditors and worked very long hours Jan-March. But guess what...this is the first year in 12 years that we are both free from public accounting...yahoo!
