  • pgoodness One more question! (sorry!)

Is there a benefit to starting seeds indoors as opposed to direct sow? Is time the only factor or doesn't it really matter?

    • Kristin30 Hi,Dave Smicker and I discussed your question. Some veggies really should be started indoors for best results. Two such veggies are tomatoes and peppers. Other veggies like cucumbers, squash and corn for example, can be planted via direct sow. Direct sow may save time, but for best results follow the instructions on your seed pack when deciding whether to start indoors or direct sow.
