Kimberle I keep Calorie King minimized on my desktop at ALL times. After I eat, I write it down. My goal is to try and earn wine at the end of the day :)

Kimberle Once you've added in all of your daily calories consumed, you see what you have left. If you have exercised that day, you earn more calories.
