  • ReneeJRoss I lighten the load by doing what I can do and not beating myself up if everything doesn't get done. I may plan to exercise for an hour but if I can only fit 30 minutes in during 3 ten minute sessions then that works.

    Or, I just put on my heart rate monitor while I am doing housework to remind myself that I am still exercising.

    • SisterChristy Those are great tips, Renee! Sometimes you have to break exercise up into smaller increments. You're still doing it though!
