      We called it crazy cake and it is mixed in the same pan as you bake it in. Ask Libby. I gave her a recipe for it.

      Oh, and we have a wheat allergy, so we made it with a combo of alternative all-purpose (mostly bean-based) flour and oat flour.

    • Have you guys heard of the Wacky Cake? I need to ask my grandmother if they created this. Free of dairy and eggs due to the rationing of butter and eggs in the Depression era: http://www.kidswithfoodallergies.org/featured_recipe5.php They even have suggestions for making it Gluten free. Very cool!
