Sometimes a second breakfast is in order a few hours later though ;-)

This is how I feel. ANd if I eat "heavy" food, I feel like it just sits in my stomach some mornings.

My boyfriend has this problem, as well. I'm very curious to know if there are any suggestions!

I find scrambled eggs to be easy on tummy in the morning.

I think a small bowl of cereal and a scrambled egg are good foods for the AM. I often find myself not too hungry either, but these always sit well. And yes...fruit too!

I have that problem, too! Sometimes I can stomach yogurt in the early morning and that will tide me over til I could stomach meat or eggs.
