I'm so sorry I missed the discussion. Technical and directional issues! If Stacey will allow, we can do a "style session" again if folks wouldl like!

Love chai lattes, Justice Fergie! That's another way I treat myself. It always seems to involve food/drink!

    • We'll be covering themes like time management, self-care, personal image, family life, mom guilt and more during the retreat - it's going to be an in-depth look at our lives as modern-day women. But we'll also have time for pampering and FUN too -

what are some ways that you all treat yourselves??

I agree with not making the lists too long. I recently implemented a 1 project a night rule (when I was working 9 to 5). If I accomplished that 1 thing - I felt GREAT.

I personally like to-do lists and my clients seem to like them too. The problem is when you are too rigid with them and they become a source of stress. Don't make the lists too long!

I read something recently about "To-Don't" lists to help you increase productivity. So if you want to remind yourself NOT to spend three hours on Pinterest, put it on your "To-Don't" list. :)

When I get stressed about the things I didn't do; i look at everything I DID do and feel better. ;)

    • Let's talk about those mile-long To Do lists. They seems to be such sources of stress for all of us - might there be a different approach to productivity that's better?
