Cooper and Emily created The Motherhood in 2006 with this inspiring philosophy: Let’s raise all boats and make the world a little bit better every day. The day they hired me, just a few months after I moved to Pittsburgh with my husband in the summer of 2010, they made my world a little bit better – and The Motherhood continues to enrich my life every single day.
I’m both sad and excited to tell all of you out there in our network of amazing bloggers – some of whom I know quite well by now, and many others who I’m getting to know better with every project – that I am leaving The Motherhood’s Pittsburgh office and moving to Seattle, where I’ll be starting a West Coast office for our team.
I am thrilled that I’ll be able to continue working with all of you on the fun, useful, interesting, magical and world-altering campaigns we create together on a daily basis! You won’t hear much from me during the month of July as I move myself, my husband, our cat and all of our belongings across the country – but I’ll be sending updates back to the team in Pittsburgh, and they’ll let you know “where in the world” I am each week.
