#MasterTheMango Master Class + Chipotle Mango Meatballs

Join The Motherhood and The National Mango Board on October 8 at 1 p.m. ET for the #MasterTheMango Master Class on Twitter to learn more about how to properly select, cut and cook with mangos.

In preparation for tomorrow’s #MasterTheMango Master Class on Twitter, we dug through some of our favorite recipes from the National Mango Board and cooked up the Chipotle Mango Meatballs appetizer, which was every bit as delicious as it sounds!

While you could skewer them as suggested on the website, if you’re without wooden skewers or toothpicks, you can plate the bite-size appetizer on miniature, single-serve plates. We also plated a family-style appetizer platter, which would be a great option for an intimate, more casual setting. Regardless of how you choose to serve the Chipotle Mango Meatballs, you can’t go wrong with this savory and sweet appetizer.
