Most moms can use a break every once in a while—especially in the kitchen! To provide some inspired, tasty shortcuts, we were excited to invite 15 amazing budget-friendly bakers to participate in a five-month program for Great Value refrigerated dough products.
The program was centered around four holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Spring. For every holiday, we challenged our blogger team to come up with two recipes reviewing designated Great Value products. We were so impressed with the mouthwatering recipes and pictures that were shared! Take a look for yourself:

Jen, Thrifty NW Mom, agreed that, “As a busy working mom, I am all about finding time-savers in the kitchen to be able to provide fun, homemade goodies, but without spending all day in the kitchen, which is where Great Value products come in.”
Kasandria from Southern Bella’s Ways to Save blogged about the reasonable price of Great Value, noting, “The best thing about these cookies, besides how easy they were to make, was that by shopping at WalMart and using Great Value products, they were very inexpensive to make! I loved using the Great Value cookie dough. Super soft, and had a great taste to it. Which, as I’ve been saying, you don’t have to suffer quality or taste for price with the Great Value brand.”

Since we know that Pinterest is the go-to place for finding recipes online, we made sure to create a Great Value Pinterest board for every holiday. The recipes and ideas were a huge hit among readers.
Karen of Koupon Karen’s thoughts on the program echo our own: “I’ve really enjoyed working with the Great Value brand the past 4 months, and I’m sad to say this is the last segment of the project. But that doesn’t mean I won’t be using Great Value brand products anymore, because we have some fun new recipes that we will be making again, and probably some new ones.”
