Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Nominated for Emmy Award

The Motherhood is thrilled to congratulate Angela Santomero and the talented teams who work on Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood for their Daytime Emmy Award nomination! The program has been nominated for Outstanding Writing in a Preschool Animated Program.

Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood has always been a winner in moms’ eyes, and it’s wonderful to see this amazing show also receiving recognition within the television industry.

This prestigious nomination follows the recent announcement that The Fred Rogers Company was named the 2014 Pittsburgher of the Year for their use of new media technologies, reinvigoration of a beloved legacy and passionate advocacy for children.
