The Motherhood recently had a great opportunity to join the National Wildlife Federation in celebrating their fabulous educational app for kids – Ranger Rick’s Tree House, an electronic version of the beloved Ranger Rick magazine.
Earlier this week, the Association of Educational Publishers awarded the Ranger Rick’s Tree House app with the Gold Award for Best Educational Innovation of the Year – a wonderful and well-deserved accolade.
There’s so much to love about Ranger Rick’s Tree House! Inside the app are rooms packed with animal videos, comic adventures, multi-level games, goofy jokes, nature crafts and wildlife mysteries—just to name a few of the features. The app updates automatically, so the content is always fresh. Our favorite part is that the interactive games on animals and wildlife encourage kids to get outside and explore the great outdoors!
On June 5, we hosted a Twitter party on behalf of the National Wildlife Federation, and we weren’t surprised when moms expressed their love for the app:
Ranger Rick’s TreeHouse is geared toward kids ages 7-12, but a Ranger Rick Jr. Tree House is also available for kids ages 4-7. See for yourself what this app has to offer by downloading it here or in your Apple Newsstand.
