NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  YOU MUST HAVE A VALID TWITTER ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION & HOW TO ENTER: The Tomorrow Launch Campaign Twitter Party Giveaway (“Giveaway”) will be hosted by The Motherhood beginning at 12:00:00 PM (ET) on 2/10/15 and ending at 1:00:00 PM (ET) on 2/10/15 (“Promotion Period”).  The Giveaway will also be co-hosted by Kellogg’s^® spokesperson Dr. Travis Stork from his own Twitter handle.  The Giveaway will randomly award five (5) Twitter.com users who correctly respond to trivia questions tweeted by @theMotherhood with “Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5” (“Tweet”) at the beginning of each Tweet during the Promotion Period.  Conversations on Twitter related to the Giveaway will be tracked with the hashtags #BigDay #Tomorrow and #sweeps.  You must have a valid non-private Twitter account to enter.  Joining Twitter and entry into the Giveaway are free, but is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions of use of www.twitter.com.  Direct any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway to Sponsor, not Twitter.  Retweets are not permitted in this Giveaway.  Winner determination is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee, The Motherhood, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.  For purposes of these Official Rules, your Tweet shall collectively be referred to as a “Submission”.  All Submissions provided in the Giveaway must comply with these Official Rules.  By participating in the Giveaway, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Kellogg Company (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Kellogg Company, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, participating retailers and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.  Void where prohibited.

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will announce the winners on Twitter and will ask each winner to direct message (“DM”) the Sponsor with their full name and mailing address for delivery of the prize.  Winners must respond to Sponsor’s winner announcement within twenty-four (24) hours of announcement or prize will be forfeited.  Once the winner’s information is received by Sponsor, the prize will be mailed to the winner.  Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of the prize.  Limit one (1) Twitter account per person for the Promotion Period.  Sponsor shall have no liability for any Submission that is lost, intercepted or not received by the Sponsor.  Any submission that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, that violates the above criteria will be disqualified.  Incomplete submissions will be declared ineligible.

1. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: Five (5) Prizes – A Tomorrow Launch Campaign Twitter Party Giveaway Prize Pack consisting of: one (1) box of Kellogg’s Raisin Bran^® cereal (13.7 oz.); one (1) box of Kellogg’s^® Special K^® Original cereal (12 oz.); one (1) box of Kellogg’s^® Frosted Mini-Wheats^® cereal (18 oz.); one (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card; one (1) Tony the Tiger^™ Spoon Set; and one (1) Kellogg’s^® Character Plastic Bowl (ARV of prize $80 ea. winner).  Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use.  Total ARV of all prizes $400.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  Limit one (1) prize per person.

1. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway, each participant irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such participant’s name, likeness, biographical information and Submission, in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and hereby release the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto.

1. GENERAL: By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees that the Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer system which is occasioned by participating in the Giveaway, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, web sites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any notification, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.  If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.  In such event, Sponsor shall post notice on its website at http://tmotherhood.wpengine.com as soon as practical after any action is taken.  Any attempt by participant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person in connection with the Giveaway, is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the applicable individual and seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  If any provisions of these Official Rules are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
